Terms & Conditions

1. Assumption of Risk

By participating in tennis lessons with Jeu, Set, Locke, the student (or the parent/guardian if under 18) acknowledges that tennis is a physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, heat exhaustion, slips, falls, and collisions. By enrolling, the participant voluntarily assumes all such risks.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability

The participant (or parent/guardian) hereby releases, waives, and discharges Jeu, Set, Locke, Rhett Locke, affiliated coaches, staff, and any facility owners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to participation in any tennis lesson, camp, or event. This includes claims for bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency, the participant (or parent/guardian) authorizes Jeu, Set, Locke and its representatives to obtain medical treatment deemed necessary. The participant assumes full financial responsibility for any resulting medical care or transportation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. No-shows or late cancellations will result in the full lesson fee being charged in addition to a fee. In the case of weather-related cancellations, lessons will be rescheduled.

5. Media Release

By participating, the student (or parent/guardian) grants Jeu, Set, Locke the right to use photographs or videos taken during lessons for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.

6. Agreement

By booking or participating in any lesson, the student (or parent/guardian) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.
